Basic Breathing Class

This class is for anyone who wants to breathe better, be more relaxed, to reduce their stress, or wishes to increase their endurance or deepen their meditation.

The Basic Breathing Class is a lung workout. It exercises your diaphragm, intercostal muscles, and, when practiced regularly, can positively affect your lung capacity. Increased blood and oxygen flow to the brain and body have significant physical impact on your wellbeing. The Basic Breathing Class can alleviate stress and anxiety, while helping with concentration and sleep.

Please wear light and very comfortable clothes, ideally loose cotton garments. All ages welcome.
